Insight Meditation

Insight Meditation (also known as Vipassana) is a simple, direct practice of moment-to-moment investigation of the mind-and-body process. Through on-going, calm, focused awareness, all aspects of life, pleasant and unpleasant, are experienced with increasing openness. Insight into who we are and the world in which we live allows us to relate to life with less fear and with growing wisdom and compassion.
